Erik Hancock, a Tennessee native and amateur foraging connoisseur, has always had a profound interest for all things wild. His passion for the outdoors began with his childhood introduction to different facets of outdoor recreation such as whitewater paddling, biking, and climbing.  However, in the past few years, he has taken a specific interest in foraging, specifically for mushrooms.  He will be teaming up with Gowin Valley Farms to present on all things fungi! Whether you are interested in learning to identify and forage for mushrooms, cultivate your own, or just learn about fun fungus, you won’t want to miss this educational seminar!  Gowin will also bring some mushrooms to look at or purchase so get your recipes ready!
