Camping and Glamping

The Tennessee River Blueway offers a wide variety of camping and “glamping” options for paddlers.

At Williams Island

Developed campsites are located from the entrance of the Tennessee River Gorge to Nickajack Dam.

The Paddler’s Perch – Chattanooga Arboretum & Nature Center

For those who want to credit card camp, hotels, cabins, and houseboats provide full service options throughout most of the Blueway system.

Overnight Park

Always lock your car. Leave no valuables. None of these lots are secure.

Free – Not well trafficked at night. TVA rangers patrol occasionally

Sullivan’s Landing (River Mile 440.0)
Free – Not well trafficked at night. Remote area.
