Foster Falls Sport Climbing

Foster Falls in South Cumberland State Park boasts a two mile cliff line that offers scenic and technical, bolted sport climbing along the countour of Little Gizzard Creek.

Climbers can expect highly technical, strenuous wall and roof climbs averaging 60 feet in height. Most climbs are in the 5.10+ range.

The hike getting to the climbing area on the famous Fiery Gizzard Trail is half the beauty of the trip, as you walk right by the falls that give the area it’s name.
