Outdoor Chattanooga is working in partnership with the Bridge Chattanooga’s Outdoor Leadership and Job Readiness Program to provide programming to teach outdoor hard skills along with soft skills such as leadership, communication, perseverance, and teamwork. These outdoor leadership skills are then solidified by teaching these skills to a younger group participation with Reach One Teach One Program.  This program is made possible by generous grants in coordination with the Bethlehem Center
