Forest Bathing: Nature Hike for the Mind and Body

Science and research supports what we have innately known; time spent immersed in nature is good for us.  Mentally, spiritually, and emotionally – just being in nature can balance your stress hormones, reset your circadian rhythm, and more.

Join Outdoor Chattanooga for a walking tour to help guide you into a practice of enjoying  any natural environment and consciously connecting with what’s around you.  The short walk is at a leisurely pace, rated easy, along a mountain stream and will provide frequent stops for a variety of micro workshops regarding the forest bathing technique.
