March 9 @ 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Outdoor Chattanooga will host a series of virtual workshops covering a variety of outdoor topics this winter. Workshop topics include hiking, fishing, backpacking, wilderness survival skills, camp cooking, and bike maintenance. Workshops occur bi-weekly from January 12 through March 23, 2021, from 7:00-8:00 PM EST online. These virtual workshops are free and open to all ages. No experience required. Online reservations are required to attend.

March 9: Bike Maintenance 101
Demystify your bike and learn the essentials of bicycle repair and maintenance in this interactive and potentially hands-on workshop. Outdoor Chattanooga’s bicycle guru, James Eubank will dive into the most common repair and maintenance issue for everyday cyclists: how to fix a flat tire. Get your old bike out and practice at home during this live workshop and ask questions if you run into issues. A list of tools will be provided in the registration email so you can fix your own flat tire from the comfort of your own home. As a thank you, all attendees will receive a free Bike Chattanooga rental for participating in the workshop.
