Earth Day Festival and Music Celebration

Enjoy an evening to celebrate Earth Day in Coolidge Park. Multiple activities, food vendors, music and local brew from Hutton and Smith will be available.

Outdoor Chattanooga staff will open the Walnut Wall for anyone to try vertical rock climbing this evening in conjunction with Take Root Chattanooga's Event: Earth Optimism. This event is an Earth Day Celebration open to the Public with local food, kids activities, vendors, music and local brew from Hutton and Smith

This is a free event.

Additional family friendly activities during the event include:
Slack line
Climbing wall
Blue trees
Drumstick warm up
Folk music

The Walnut Wall is top roped climbing with route difficulty varying from beginner to advanced. No experience is necessary and the equipment is provided. Gym shoes and longer shorts or athletic pants are most appropriate.

Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent who can sign the assumption of risk and liability release form.
